
博士,研究员,博士生导师。1963年生于湖南省长沙市。现任中国科学院心理研究所认知心理学研究室主任、心理所学位委员会副主任、心理所学术委员会委员,中国科学院生命科学与生物技术领域青年科学家小组成员,中国科学院研究生院教授,中山大学逻辑与认知研究所研究员,中国心理学会理事、国际学术交流工作委员会主任,美国心理学会外籍会员,北京市青联委员。

数据挖掘中人的数据理解和知识发现
研究人在觉察、选择、获取、理解外界客观信息过程中的基本认知加工过程及其策略,研究信息的不同载体形式(文字、图形等)及其组织方式对人的知识获取(发现)过程和效果的影响,探索如何将海量的、人难以理解的、使用数据语言表述的知识,变换为简洁的、人容易理解的、可以使用自然语言(或准自然语言)与图形形式表述的知识,帮助人有效地挖掘、获取和理解海量数据中的相关知识,从而发现新的知识。
现代信息社会中远程协同的分布式认知机制
研究现代信息社会中远程协同问题解决的内部表征与外部表征及两者的相互作用机制,研究远程协同问题解决过程中的外部表征的内容、形式与结构及其作用机制,以加深我们对远程协作的分布式认知机制的理解
